Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones Neurogarden uses on this website, and how you can manage your preferences. We try to keep the language plain — if anything is unclear, write to us.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — computer, phone, or tablet — when you visit. They are stored locally in your browser and sent back to the website on subsequent visits so the site can recognise your device.
Cookies serve several purposes: some are strictly required for a site to work at all, others help us understand how people move through the site so we can improve it, and others are used to show relevant content or measure the reach of campaigns.
Cookies do not give us access to your device, and they cannot carry viruses or install software. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time — see Section 6 for browser-specific instructions.
2. Cookies We Use
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they use data collected through cookies.
- Google Analytics — web analytics. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Ads — conversion tracking for search advertising.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking for social advertising. Meta Privacy Policy
- Microsoft Bing UET — conversion tracking for Bing Ads.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and the third-party services listed above are used solely for the purposes described in Section 2.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories by duration:
- Session cookies exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the browser. We use session cookies for temporary state management during a single visit.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period even after you close the browser. Duration varies by cookie: our consent record persists until you clear site data; Google Analytics cookies expire after 2 years; advertising cookies typically expire between 30 and 90 days.
You can delete all cookies stored by our site at any time through your browser settings. See Section 6 for browser-specific steps.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles in Section 2 above to set your preferences, then click Save Preferences. Or use the buttons below to accept all or keep only essential cookies. Your choices are saved in your browser and will be remembered on your next visit.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can manage, block, or delete cookies directly in your browser. Below are instructions for the four most common desktop browsers. Mobile browsers typically offer similar settings under Privacy or Site Settings in the app menu.
Note that blocking all cookies will prevent some parts of the site from working correctly, including the contact form's session handling.
- Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Choose your preferred setting: allow all cookies, block third-party cookies, or block all cookies.
- To delete existing cookies: go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data, check Cookies and other site data, and click Clear data.
- To set exceptions for specific sites, click Add under "Sites that can always use cookies" or "Sites that can never use cookies".
- Open Firefox and click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard, Strict, or Custom.
- To delete cookies: scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
- To manage exceptions: click Manage Exceptions and add specific sites as allowed or blocked.

- Click the Privacy tab.
- Check Prevent cross-site tracking to block third-party cookies.
- To remove all stored cookies, click Manage Website Data → Remove All.
- On iOS: go to Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies to block cookies entirely.
- Open Edge and click the three-dot menu (…) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Toggle Block third-party cookies if desired, or click Add under Block/Allow to set site-specific exceptions.
- To delete stored cookies: click See all cookies and site data → Remove all.
7. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and applicable privacy principles, you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time by updating your preferences in Section 5 above or by clearing cookies through your browser settings.
- Request information about what personal data we hold and how it is used — contact us at [email protected].
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Be aware that disabling optional cookies does not prevent all data collection — some data processing occurs server-side as part of normal web operations and is not controlled by cookies. Our Privacy Policy covers the full scope of data we collect.
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or want to raise a concern, write to us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within five business days.
